We anticipate that this tender will produce situational judgement questions and answers that can be shared between the National Graduate Development Programme for local government (NGDP) and a new pilot programme which will place graduates in local government planning teams. We also anticipate that it will produce situational judgement questions that can be used solely for the pilot scheme. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
