Notice Description
ENGIE Services LTD (ENGIE), in Partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council (the Council), requires a Traffic Signal Consultant to carry out SCOOT and MOVA validation Services within North East Lincolnshire (NEL). This work has been proposed with a review to improving traffic flow throughout NEL, and was commissioned following detailed traffic studies and consultation with stakeholders.
