Notice Description

Objectives: *To analyse the capability of DCMS shared service systems Integra and iTrent to deliver management information directly to the desktop; *To analyse the data visualisation capability and suitability of the Integra system (including Crystal reports X Query and Business Intelligence) and iTrent systems for publication of reports to managers; *To advise on short and longer term strategies to improve management and business information systems in DCMS. To advise whether our current tools are sufficient to deliver our vision and, if not, what alternative tools could be used, whether hierarchies used are appropriate or whether alternative hierarchies or mappings should be used to produce information more efficiently. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
