NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 December 2020 for the following reason: Please note: 9. Estimated Value of Requirement: should read Category H 100k to 500k for the full term of the three year contract.(Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for Professional PR and Marketing Service to support the delivery of our future Corporate Plan. The PR and marketing agency contract will include: - Supporting in strategic projects throughout the business including culture change; - Research and strategic advice for creative campaign ideas; - Innovative ideas on the concepts for our publications (Annual Reports and Corporate Plan) and produce them to requested timescales; - Design work and other collateral to support campaigns; - Attending quarterly performance review meetings (either face-to-face or virtually); - Attend other meetings when necessary, for example; Board meetings, Executive Management Team meeting etc; - Lead workshops for customers, staff and/or stakeholders; - Create work schedules and time plans for each campaign and publications; - Propose new and inventive ways of providing more efficient and effective communications to our customers, staff and stakeholders. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
