Kirklees Council requires the services of suitably qualified and competent Domestic Energy Assessor to survey tenanted properties and produce Energy Performance Certification in line with accepted standards. The succesful survyor will also be required to provide energy advice to tenants during the visit and carry out a borescope examination where build type requires.
