Allerdale Borough Council is seeking to appoint a specialist operator, with an experienced and suitably skilled leadership team to market and manage the Workington Innovation Centre and deliver a programme of tailored innovation support and an entrepreneurship programme. This is to include a total facilities management service for the building. The contract will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.
