Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is intending to award a contract for the reactive maintenance works at Belgrave House; a demise that is leased to the Authority. The contract is nearing its agreed end date and the Authority is contractually obliged to carry out repair and maintenance works before 31 October 2019, to ensure the Authority's contractual commitments are honoured.
