The site is located on the former Calders Lead Works, to the north of Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AN, approximately 1km southwest of Newcastle City Centre. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through Homes Englands eTendering system.
