Leicestershire County Council (The Authority) is committed to the provision and delivery of services for people with a visual impairment, which are of the highest quality. The Authority wishes to work in Partnership with the Provider to deliver services which achieve and maintain 'Value for Money' and are compatible with our Personalisation Programme and other strategic agendas. The ultimate outcome required is individuals with visual and sensory impairments are enabled to fully participate in society.
