The service currently operates from 67 Birch Avenue which is in the Chapeltown area of Sheffield and provides long term accommodation for people with enhanced dementia care needs that meet NHS Continuing Healthcare Criteria. The service has been operational for a number of years and is currently delivered by a NHS Foundation Trust Provider. The home provides accommodation for 40 people.
