Consultancy in support of the DfT TfL Relationship
Notice Description
The Department for Transport (DfT), seeks external advisory support (the Supplier) to provide it with complex and highly specialised financial, commercial and technical advice to help understand and address the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Transport for London's (TfL) operations and financial standing. Further, the Supplier will assist with the implementation and future negotiation of extraordinary funding and financing agreements between the Secretary of State for Transport (SoS) and TfL to support TfL's post pandemic recovery and transition to financial sustainability
