A mini competition was ran under the Crown Commercial Service - Management Consultancy Framework Three Lot 4 Finance - RM6187. Northumberland County Council is looking to appoint suitably qualified consultants who can work with the Senior Executive Team to develop an Investment Strategy for Northumberland, which will translate the ambitions and policy interventions of the GEIF into a coherent programme of delivery.
