Notice Description
The NHS (Pharmaceutical Services and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 governs the Health and Wellbeing Board's (HWB's) responsibility for publishing and keeping an up-to-date statement of needs for pharmaceutical services of the population in its area i.e the (PNA). This contract has a 3+3 term with the extension option being at the discretion of the Council.
