The Council wish to appoint a provider with the primary aim of an online platform that provides an interactive scenario planning and communications tool for city-wide actions that support a transition to net zero covering energy, transport, waste and construction. The platform should provide a publicly accessible and user friendly interface, providing easy to understand visual representations of emission sources and relative abatement levels associated with different actions. The tool should also facilitate links to strategic action plans and have the potential to support building investment cases for decarbonisation works, as well as provide GHG protocol compliant reporting features.
