Notice Description
Direct award for 4 blocked booked beds at the Rowans to support hospital discharges and also prevent admission of patients to Cheshire hospitals. Funded by NHS. Additional information: Insufficient time to procure due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances brought about by the Covid pandemic. Cabinet Office's Procurement Policy Note "Responding to COVID-19" (Information Note PPN 01/20 March 2020) suggests that Reg 32 (2)(c) enables the making of direct awards on an emergency basis.
