CTP874 Provision of Falls Prevention Services
Notice Description
The Council is inviting tender for the provision of a high quality falls prevention exercise service in Derbyshire and will meet as a minimum the following requirements: * Coordinate and support approximately 140 existing groups to a high standard * Promote SNF service amongst partners and with target population groups across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) * Increase capacity of the SNF service by recruiting and training instructors in areas of greatest need and where inequality of access remains prevalent * Monitor the uptake and outcomes of the SNF service in accordance with the tender specification
