Notice Title

Translation Stage Tender

Notice Description

We are looking to procure a high precision three-axis translation system for direct laser writing. We are interested in systems in which integrated low profile x-y stages are mounted on a granite platform, and the z stage is mounted on a granite bridge. All proposed solutions should be for a completely assembled, calibrated, and tested system consisting of the stages, granite base and bridge, controllers, amplifiers, all necessary cables, all necessary software packages, 12-month warranty, delivery, and installation. We would like information on two different options: one in which the xy translation stage system is air-bearing and the z-stage is not, and one where all three stages are NOT air-bearing.
