The User Researcher will be responsible for testing a digital service from the Private Beta stage of the governement service design manual and into the Live stage. Also responsible for helping coach and mentor two 'fast stream' civil servants to become specialist user researchers. 'This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.'
