Call off from G-Cloud 14 - Lot 2 (Cloud Software) This task requires contract for data science SQEP to conduct a pilot project which will inform the future requirements for the digitisation of munitions sustainment. The Army does not have the in-house SQEP to do this, and it will require an output-based contract to deliver this through experimentation/a pilot at PCC5 in Mar 25 which can deliver the following: a. An As- Is view of the current Munitions Sustainment architecture. b. An indication of what is possible in terms of a To-Be architecture. c. A proof of concept for re-using existing Fires data and information in a Sustainment context via AI and ML. d. An indicative benefits map to inform future investment choices. e. Next steps analysis and recommendations report with a roadmap to dock with existing Army HQ/Fd Army/Def Sp lines of effort.
