Notice Description

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) during is procuring its Healthy Child Programme currently delivered separately as 0-5 Health Visiting & 5-19 School Nursing services as an integrated 0-19 Healthy Child Provision. The service will take a multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring that health and wellbeing support to children, young people and families in the borough is joined up and effective across the whole journey from conception through birth and early years into young adulthood. The Health Visiting service and School Nursing services form the main service requirements for the provision of the Healthy Child Programme. The Healthy Child Programme (HCP) is the early intervention and prevention Public Health Programme that lies at the heart of LCC's Universal Services for Children and Families. Aims of the Healthy Child Programme include: - Improving overall health outcomes for children and young people. - Detecting and supporting need early, by offering early interventions, health and development screening and support. - Providing additional levels of support to families and children and young people with further needs. The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender~: 1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://lbbd.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure) 2. Express an Interest in the tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page.
