One year contract - 1 January- 31 December 2025 1. To supply (rental) and install, 29 lamp posts hanging baskets. To be put up in June and taken down again in October. Fill with a variety of summer flowering plants. To water, weed twice a week and feed as necessary. 2. To fill the parish council's own 9 planters (located around Leicester Forest East) with summer flowering plants, including to remove the plants from the seasons before and dig over and compost.
