On behalf of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Halton Borough Council is pleased to offer an opportunity to provide event management of an Apprenticeship Graduation, to be held at St George's Hall in Liverpool on Thursday 7th March 2019, during National Apprenticeship Week.
