Brief Description of Requirement The aims of this study are to assess: (1) the impact of the introduction of the NLW (PS7.20) in April 2016 on employment and hours of workers aged 25 years and over and its impact on workers aged 24 years and under from April 2016; (2) the impact of the introduction of the NLW and its subsequent increases (PS7.50 in April 2017, PS7.83 in April 2018 and PS8.21 in April 2019) on employment and hours of workers aged 25 years and over, and those aged 24 and under. For those aged 24 and under, the study should identify separate effects for 16-17 year olds, 18-20 year olds, and 21-24 year olds. Where sample size permits, effects by single age for each year from 16-30 would also be of great interest. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
