Notice Description
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) on behalf of the North East and Yorkshire (NEY) Net Zero Hub is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide technical support and delivery of a programme of capacity building and upskilling aimed at supporting Local Authorities to access Public Sector Decarbonisation Funding (PSDF) and improving the success rate and outcomes of those bids. Service provision is expected to revolve around the following work packages: * Programme & Relationship Management, * Diagnostic/Audit & Needs Analysis, * Technical Input, Advice & Guidance, * Decarbonisation Plan Development & Delivery. TVCA are utilising the ProContract e-tender system portal to conduct this tender process, potential bidders will need to be registered on the ProContract e-tender system portal at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login where you will be able to express and interest and access the tender documents. The title is listed under Opportunity ID: DN613274 Any clarification questions regarding the specification or the process should be submitted via the ProContract e-tender system portal. Any questions submitted outside the portal will not be responded to.
