Notice Description

Key resources provided by the Supplier shall engage proactively with key stakeholders including the Buyer's internal teams, community healthcare partners, existing suppliers, NHS England (NHSE), and the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). All engagement must align with the established EPR governance framework to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across programme delivery. The Supplier is expected to foster collaborative working relationships and maintain open lines of communication to support effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment. In addition, the Supplier shall provide early warning of any emerging risks, issues, or delivery concerns to enable timely intervention and avoid delays. Ownership of deliverables must be maintained through a structured programme management approach, incorporating robust controls such as risk registers, issue logs, and decision records. These mechanisms will support clear accountability, traceability, and assurance throughout the lifecycle of the EPR programme. The Supplier shall be fully accountable for the performance and delivery of all individuals provided under this contract. All deliverables must be aligned with the overarching programme plan, as defined and advised by the EPR team, to ensure consistency with programme objectives and timelines. Direct award under RM6309 Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) Contract value within this notice is estimated and full uptake cannot be guaranteed. Additional information: The contract includes an option to extend for up to two additional periods of six months each. Following these extensions, the contract may continue on a monthly rolling basis for a maximum of six months, subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
