Notice Description
Thirteen Group In-House team is responsible for all responsive repairs and maintenance work to approx. 29500 properties in it's core area within Tees Valley. Thirteen Group seeks to appoint up to Eleven Contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen Group in-house team from time to time as required for Responsive Repairs and maintenance and Out of Hours Emergency Work. Lot 2.1 - Plumbing Lot 2.2 - Heating Lot 2.3 - Electrical Lot 2.4 - Roofing Lot 2.5 - Painting & Decorating Lot 2.6 - Joinery (inc. Windows & Doors) Lot 2.7 - Rendering & Plaster Work Lot 2.8 - General Building Lot 3.3 - Tiling (Floor & Wall) Lot 3.7 - Glazing Lot 3.8 - Fencing The contract(s) will be undertaken on a 'Supply & Fit' basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body Additional information: This is an award notification following a further competition under NEP Framework DN128014 - Planned Repairs, Maintenance and Specialist Services Contractor Framework [OJEU Ref: 2016/S 094-169548] Lots 2.1(a), 2.2(a), 2.3(a), 2.4(a), 2.5(a), 2.6(a), 2.7(a), 2.8(a), 3.3(a), 3.7(a) and 3.8(a)
