Notice Title

USING CO-DESIGN TO DEVELOP A CITIZEN-LED, NEIGHBOURHOOD APPROACH TO HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Notice Description

As part of a wider pilot of a 'citizen-led neighbourhood approach to health and wellbeing' we are looking for a partner to help us engage with citizens from across 4 wards in the west of the borough, working iteratively with partners to identify challenges and co-design solutions that deliver improved health, care and wellbeing outcomes at a neighbourhood level. Key aims of the pilot include: * Engaging the community, local organisations and partners to think more deeply about opportunities and barriers to health and wellbeing in a much more localised way. * Producing insights that help link and integrate services and assets at a local level so people can access the support they need in a less fragmented way * Developing citizen agency and voice. * Empowering local communities to work together to improve health and wellbeing outcomes We are seeking a partner with expertise in citizen engagement and preferably health and care service design to help us to develop and deliver an approach to deliver the key aims of the pilot.
