Notice Description

Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG wishes to procure Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service (NOUS). The Contract will commence on the 01st July 2020 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The estimated spend per annum is PS1,370,069. The spend figures given are estimates only based on historical activity they are not to be taken as a guarantee of activity. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FINANCIAL THRESHOLD (based on PS1,370,069 per annum) - NO BIDS OVER PS4,110,207 OVER 3 YEARS (INITIAL PERIOD) OR PS6,850,345 OVER 5 YEARS (FULL CONTRACT PERIOD) WILL BE ACCEPTED - ANY BIDS EXCEEDING PS4,110,207 (3 YEAR INITIAL PERIOD) OR PS6,850,345 (5 YEAR PERIOD) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. CONTRACTS ARE ANNUALLY ADJUSTED IN LINE WITH NATIONAL GUIDANCE.
