Notice Description

Homes in Sedgemoor invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced partners who can meet the requirements in the specification. We would like to appoint a company who can provide structural surveys when required at properties in the Homes in Sedgemoor portfolio . It is intended that contracts should commence in May / June 2021. This is a call off contract and at this stage no guarantee of actual requirements can be made. It is anticipated that tenderers may be contacted at short notice to provide these services and it is expected that the successful biddewill be able to attend site within 7 days of being instructed. The number of requests may vary from year to year and there is no guarantee that the numbers will increase or decrease during the term of the contract.
