The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. Site Surveys will be carried out on 19/02/25 between 10am-12pm, all contractors are to confirm attendance prior to attending by emailing jphillips1@hillngdon.gov.uk, all other communication must be made through Tender portal.
