DCMS requires a Supplier to support DCMS to identify and address known or emerging diversity issues or trends and help the department to adopt successful social media recruitment strategies. The supplier will be expected to operate across the entire diversity and inclusion portfolio, and be expected to support with deeper activity to address organisation specific priorities.
