To provide kitchenette, toilet and general area as part of the current 'brick store' building that has electricity, flooring, walls and ceiling fitted as part of a Recording/Rehearsal Studio Extension is on current base, walls and roof required + cesspit for toilet Additional information: Detailed design from Architect has been procured. Work will be subject to the approval of Medway Council Planning (planning approval may not be required, but if it is build work will require permission) Need quote before work is approved and submitted to planning
