The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking an organisation with appropriate experience and competitive pricing to deliver consulting services for a)flat roof and fascia replacement at Full Of Life (Kensal House Annex, 379 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 5BQ) b)pitched roofs and rainwater goods remedial works in Kensington Central Library, 12 Phillimore Walk, London W8 7RX. The purpose of this Invitation to Quote is to inform bidders of the service requirements, and provide the information needed to enable bidders to quote for the contract opportunity. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
