Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment of 37 Penlington Court, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 6SA. This property is currently unoccupied. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; *Conversion of existing garage and single storey extension to rear elevation. *Internal refurbishment works within the existing property. *Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. *Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. Site Visits Bidders are to arrange a site visit with the Employers Agent. Please refer to the procurement timetable for allocated date.
