Notice Description

SCHEDULE OF WORKS Clean out all gutters as denoted on "Hickman Avenue Depot Roof Plan" word document . Note: waste from the gutters may be disposed of in the City of Wolverhampton Council's skips sited to the rear of the subject industrial units. Prepare all gutters ready to be lined strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions. Supply and install new EPDM lining system within the gutters strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions. Note: the lining system is to be subject to a 20 year warranty. Contractor to provide details of proposed system prior to the award of the contract. Remove defective rooflights (9nr) as denoted. Supply and install new Filon Supersafe rooflights complete with factory coloured poppy red coloured fixings, strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions. Cart away all waste from site. Note: A suppliers submitted price should allow for all necessary access equipment and plant to safely undertake the works, all requisite Health & Safety Risk Assessment and Method Statements to be submitted in advance to WCC before works commence . Any site visits can be arranged direct with the Building Surveyor Nick Parkes on 07766 473161.
