Oxfordshire County Council is making changes to our children's services. We are adopting a model developed by Hertfordshire County Council. The model is called Family Safeguarding The Four Key elements of FSP are; 1. Partnership working through multi-disciplinary Family Safeguarding Teams - Group supervision 2. A core skill set with Motivational Interviewing at its heart - shared unified model of practice 3. A structured 'workbook' approach to assessing parent's 'capacity for change' - reducing bureaucracy 4.
