Notice Description

An external marketing agency is required to undertake media planning and buying, asset design and campaign evaluation for two campaigns within Southampton City Council: 1 - Hampshire's sustainable transport brand My Journey Travel Demand Management marketing campaign. 2 - Southampton Healthy Homes campaign which maximises the uptake of grants for heating, insulation and low carbon improvements. The marketing agency will be required to research, plan and buy media space, in the geographical area identified and targeting the specified audience. They will design the creative assets (My Journey only) and optimise the campaigns throughout. The My Journey Travel Demand Management campaign will expect to have a full evaluation of the campaign/s including impact on travel behaviours.
