Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing an accommodation based housing related support service based on the requirements set out below. The overall purpose of the service is to provide supported accommodation for vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are at risk of homelessness or are homeless. People accommodated may have experienced trauma and/or adverse childhood experiences and will often have multiple and complex vulnerabilities.
