LCC require a package of strategic infrastructure works in advance of a residential development at Festival Gardens. An award required to prepare Employer Requirements (ERs) for the package of Strategic Infrastructure works to be procured as a variation to the LCC/ VCUK remediation contract. This award also includes for the preparation of a concept energy strategy for the development site. Further works were required from previously appointed supplier, due to knowledge and liability purposes a direct award made via NHS framework
