Notice Description
The purpose of this tender is to establish professional, clearly defined and priced propositions and operationsfor a public cycle hire scheme within the Leeds district. The entire bike scheme must be provided and operated at NIL cost to the Council. The capital funding,operating costs and any subsidy for the scheme will be provided by the Contractor and their partners e.g.scheme sponsor.
