Governance leadership and clerking development
Notice Description
See 'Attachments' for full description and further information. This notice sets out our intention to procure contracts for the provision of Governance Leadership Development and Clerking Development across the 8 Regional School Commissioner (RSC) regions of England between 2017-18 and 2019-2020. Contracts will be awarded in two Lots: a. Activity designed to build the capacity of governance leaders (e.g. chairs, vice chairs, committee chairs) and support them to improve the effectiveness of their board; and b. Activity designed to professionalise the quality of clerking so that governing boards receive the administrative and procedural information, advice and support they need to operate effectively. Additional information: A supplier event will take place on 12 July in Sheffield.
