Notice Description

Contract for the supply of specimen bags and mount forms. The products required are highly specialised items used throughout the trust for the sending of various types of specimen samples for pathological analysis and the mounting of reports. The specimen request bags are highly specialised hospital pathology type request forms which include an integral sealable and leakproof specimen bag. The bag includes an absorbent material pad within the bag itself loose. The item comprises various printed forms partially overlaid by a specimen bag attached. The mount forms are used within hospital departments for affixing a large number of reports securely onto a single document, usually sheets with self-adhesive mounting strips to store small result printouts.
