Notice Description

The requirement is to identify gaps in the current business advice and support provision and propose a package of additional support and advice, which will be of significant benefit to Watford businesses, from across all sectors. We want our businesses to benefit from professional, expert and practical support and advice. For Digital Skills, the programme would be designed for businesses from all sectors in Watford to help them overcome the economic effects of Covid and to develop their businesses. This is likely to be a hybrid model combining online learning, face-to-face learning and group work to develop digital business skills to include: *E-commerce. *Digital business tools such as accounting and CRM systems. *Establishing a strong online presence. *Identifying the right digital platforms to reach the business's targeted audiences. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to enter into a tender process.
