This procurement is for a Delivery Support Partner (DSP) to work with the council led teams through the three-year implementation phase for the Shaping Places for Healthier Lives (SPHL) award programme. The DSP will be expected to work and liaise with the LGA, The Health Foundation and an evaluation partner to ensure that the key objectives of the programme are met and local areas are supported to continually develop and implement their programme proposals. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
