Notice Description

Buckinghamshire Adult Learning (BAL) has a direct contract with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). The majority of current training services are directly delivered by Buckinghamshire Adult Learning, but we are looking for sub-contractors to deliver part of our provision. This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Article 74 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2015.
