Framework for Property Investment Aquisition Support
Notice Description
Wyre Forest District Council, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council wish to establish a Framework Agreement for a minimum of three Contractors to provide valuation and miscellaneous survey support for proposed property investment transactions, where these arise. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender. This survey support will comprise two elements, namely: * 'Red Book' Market Valuations of the proposed purchases. * Building Surveys and/or Maintenance Schedules of the proposed purchases Due North Reference: DN297812 The deadline for submissions to Procontract Due North is 12 noon, Monday 30th October 2017. http://procontract.due-north.com Any clarifications should also be directed via the portal.
