Notice Description
The project comprises of internal alterations to Roger Stevens Lecture Theatres 4, 12 and 16 to provide collaborative teaching facilities and including construction of a new external roof level gantry to support new mechanical plant, replacement of glazed roof panels, alterations within an existing service riser to provide new access doors and floors at each level and builders work in connection with routing services Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
