The National Gallery, located in London, is currently conducting an open tender for the supply, installation, and maintenance of a computed X-radiography system, specifically designed for transmission X-radiography of Old Master paintings. The procurement process commenced with the publication of the opportunity on 27th November 2020 and is set to conclude on 9th December 2020. The scope for growth is significant, as the requirement for such specialised equipment is crucial for the National Gallery's ongoing interdisciplinary scientific and art historical research.
