East Suffolk Council is seeking a contractor to deliver the construction of a new 2-storey restaurant and cafe complex to include a first-floor restaurant space, 5 concession spaces, public toilets and a changing places facility to the ground floor. A 3-storey lift and public realm improvements are to be provided to the Lower Promenade and Upper Esplanade at Jubilee Parade South, Lowestoft, Suffolk.
