Re-roofing works at Football Pavilion, Sunderland Road, Horden to convert flat roof into tiled pitched roof. We hereby invite you to tender for the above works. The project will be a JCT Minor Works Contract - START DATE FLEXIBLE. Your tender should be returned to Horden Parish Council no later than 12 noon Monday 9th October 2017.
